入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients undergoing lower Segment caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.All patients with fasting period of 6 hours to solids and 2 hours to liquids
- •3.American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status grade II
排除标准
- •1.High risk pregnancy â?? Eclampsia, Preeclampsia, Abruption placenta, Placenta Previa, Cord prolapse, Pregnancy with medical disordered (Diabetes mellitus, Cardiac disease, Thyroid disease)
- •2.Multiple gestations
- •3.Caesarean with fetal distress
- •4.Absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
- •5.Patients on steroid therapy or past history of medication with steroids in last 1 year
- •6.Diabetic patient with HbA1c of more than 8
- •7.Obese patient with BMI > 40
- •8.Intraoperative blood loss of more than 20%
- •9.Pre-operative hemoglobin level less than 8 mg/dl
- •10.Patients with Raised CRP and total leucocyte counts
- •11.Allergy to local anaesthetic drug
- •12.Severe spinal deformity
