- •1) Facial pain
- •2) Systemic diseaases where pain is part of symptoms
- •3) Pregnancy or lactation 4) Use of analgesic drugs (e.g. paracatamol, NSAID) 48 hr before trial 5) Medication with other drugs that can influence pain perception (e.g. antidepressants, anxiolytics)
- •6) high blood pressure
- •7) previous allergy or side effects of granisetron or lidocaine.
