This study is a single-arm, open-label pre-and post-test, designed to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination of Trikatu Churna and Brahmi Ghrita in patients with MCI, aged between 60 to 80 years, over a period of 97 days. The outcome will be measured based on changes in the MoCA scale.

入选标准
- •People between 60 – 80 years of age.
- •MoCA SCALE ASSESSMENT ranges from 16 – 26 points.
排除标准
- •Pre diagnosed neurological (seizures, vascular accidents, Parkinson’s disease) and psychiatric diseases (schizophrenia, mania, depression, delirium).
- •Pre diagnosed with chronic infection.
- •Pre diagnosed cases of thyroid disorders.
- •Patients with electrolyte imbalance.
- •Who are on cholinesterase inhibitors or glutamatergic drugs.
- •Individuals on medication having fasting Plasma glucose levels above 126 mg/dl and uncontrolled post prandial above 160 mg/dl.
- •Individuals on medication having Blood pressure above 150/90 mm hg.
- •Individuals on medication having Total Cholesterols level above 190mg/dl.
