Inclusion Criteria
1) Adults over 65
2) Person who does not have dizziness about vibration
3) Those who have no communication problems in conducting and conducting clinical trials (K-MMSE score >= 23 )
4) A person who fully understands the purpose and procedure of the research and wishes to participate in the clinical research through voluntary consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Those who do not match the age standard
2) Those who cannot accurately express the pain area and severity due to cognitive decline (K-MMSE score < 23)
3) Musculoskeletal injury, fracture, hip injury within the last 6 months
4) Cardiovascular disease holder
5) Other person deemed unsuitable for participation in the test
