this study is to determine the improvement in patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury patients on the basis of presence of early reflexes (patellar tendon reflex, bulbocavernosus/ ccr reflex, plantar reflex).
this study will also help in determining the independent positive predictors for prognosis of cervical spinal cord injury patients.

入选标准
- •cases of acute traumatic cervical spinal cord injury of American spinal injury association grade A.
- •patients of age group 17 or more.
- •parents/guardians/patients willing to give valid and informed consent.
排除标准
- •cases of thoracic, lumabr spinal cord injury.
- •any medical or surgical conditions which may interfere with study outcome.

主要结局
1)improvement in american spinal injury association grade (from grade A to B,C,D,E) 3 months post injury
时间窗: 1)baseline (within 3 days of injury). | 2) 3 months post injury.
次要结局
- 1)improvement in total motor scores.(2)improvement in total sensory scores.)
