Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients aged between 18 - 60 years

2.Both gender

3.ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients

4.Weight between 40kg -80kg (BMI b/w 23-35kg/m2)

5.Elective upper limb orthopedic surgeries of 1-4hour duration

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia

2.Allergic to study drug and local anesthetic

3.Patients who have arrhythmia,heart failure,renal failure,liver failure. •

4.H/o Autonomic dysfunction (Diabetic neuropathy)

•H/o seizure disorder

•H/o Psychiatric illness

•With severe broncho pulmonary diseases

To compare the efficacy (onset, duration, and post-operative <br/ ><br>analgesia) of adding nalbuphine versus buprenorphine to levobupivacaineTimepoint: onset of sensory and motor block by pin prick test and modified bromage 2 points score at <br/ ><br>every 3minutes interval for initial 30 minutes.
