(1)20 †80 years of age
(2)Diagnosis of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke
(3)The participants can move a proximal part of the affected arm: the Manual Muscle Testing at least grade 3 of arm and less than grade 3 of hand (the participants can move upper extremity against gravity but cannot grasp something effectively).
(4)Sufficient cognitive and language abilities to understand and follow instructions.
(5)Adequate balance while seating at least 30 minutes.
(6)Vital signs, neurological signs and medical conditions are stable.
(7)The participants must leave therapy or training of hand function before the assessment for the recruitment at least 48 hours.
Musculoskeletal problems such as severe pain in any joints of the paretic extremity, instability of the wrist in the affected arm, etc.
Mental disorders and cognitive impairment: Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score ≤23
Contracture of shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint and finger in the affected arm that hinders to use a soft robot.
Stroke patient who has ataxia or severe incoordination
The participants cannot wear a soft robot, such as allergic material case, etc.
