1.participants who have an acute plantar fasciitis less than 10 months
2.participants who have a morning pain or a pain after a few moment of rest
3. participants who have diagnosed plantar fasciitis by orthopedics surgeon
4.age 18 to 60 years-old
participant who have underlying disease as follows
rheumatoid arthritis
SNSA
gouty arthritis
SLE
participant who have pain on other area than medial calcaneal tubercle
participant who have sensation problem in the foot
participant who have been surgically treated around the foot
participant who have a symptoms of compressive neuropathy
participant who have been traumatized around the affected foot
participant who have a history of NSAIDs allergy
participant who is currently pregnant or breast feeding
participant who is can not follow up visit as a protocol
participant who can not follow the protocol
