- •First time SAH
- •Cerebral vasospasm with clinical cognitive decline and neurological deficits
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •Previous history CVA
- •Neurodegenerative diseases
- •Deformities
- •Amputations
- •Middle ear barotrauma
- •Chronic otitis media
- •Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •Pulmonary blebs
- •Clinical depression impeding rehabilitation compliance
