Cerebral vasospasm with clinical cognitive decline and neurological deficits

Exclusion Criteria

Hemodynamic instability

Previous history CVA

Neurodegenerative diseases

Tumors

Fractures

Deformities

Amputations

Middle ear barotrauma

Chronic otitis media

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Pulmonary blebs

Clinical depression impeding rehabilitation compliance
