- •> 70 years
- •- sporty-inactive
- •- Dementia criteria: Mild cognitive impairment, stage 1-2 dementia (MMSE 10-24)
- •- normal blood pressure
- •- move independently with a walking aid
- •- physically able to carry out an exercise program (anamnesis questionnaire)
排除标准
- •- Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, lung diseases, renal insufficiency, etc.)
- •- from dementia stage 3
- •- not completing the pre-examination
- •- < 70% presence during the exercise program
- •- severe motor impairment
