- Dementia criteria: Mild cognitive impairment, stage 1-2 dementia (MMSE 10-24)
- normal blood pressure
- move independently with a walking aid
- physically able to carry out an exercise program (anamnesis questionnaire)
- Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, lung diseases, renal insufficiency, etc.)
- from dementia stage 3
- not completing the pre-examination
- < 70% presence during the exercise program
- severe motor impairment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Creation of a manual with training guidelines for the support of in-patient nurses in daycare. This will be done with the recording of each intervention unit. During the intervention period, a questionnaire is used weekly to record motivation and mood before and after the units, the Dementia Mood Picture Test (DMPT) modified.<br><br>Cognitive skills:<br>Measurement procedure:<br>- CERAD-NP<br>- trail-making test<br><br>Motor skills<br>Measurement procedure<br>- gait analysis<br>- balance test<br>- Case-rod test<br>- Hand dynamometer<br>- Chair Rising Test<br><br>Quality of Life<br>- recording through an external evaluation questionnaire<br>Nurses`Observation Scale for Geriatric Patients (NOSGERII)<br><br>Review of primary endpoints before, after 12-week and after the 24-week intervention.
