入排标准

入选标准

•Adult patients (aged between 18 & 65 y) of either sex and ASA PS I to III undergoing emergency laparotomy for proven or clinically suspected peritonitis under general anaesthesia will be recruited in this study.

排除标准

•I.Patientsâ?? refusal
•II.History of any previous neck surgery or trauma
•III.Pregnancy
•IV.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status III- V
•V.History of peripheral arterial diseases/ atherosclerosis
•VI.BMI > 30kg/m2
•VII.Any cardiac rhythm other than sinus
•VIII.Cardiomyopathy
•IX.Hemodynamically unstable patients/ patients requiring inotropic and/ or vasopressors.
