Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Current smokers with diabetes
  • 2\) Current smokers with high blood pressure
  • 3\) Currently smoking with chronic kidney disease
  • 4\) Age between 20 and 80 years
  • 5\) There is a need to quit smoking.
  • 6\) Agree to participate in research
  • 7\) The patient owns the phone.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Have a congenital disease That may be dangerous
  • 2\) Use substance addiction as well
  • 3\) Pregnant/Planning to become pregnant/breastfeeding
  • 4\) Currently received treatment to quit smoking using drugs
