Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clinical diagnosis of heart failure; age above 21 years; Doppler echocardiogram with evidence of LV dysfunction LVEF \<45% within at least three months; class II and III of the New York Heart Association; stable illness for at least three months; never had or did not undergo treatment with IMT.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; unstable angina; major cardiac arrhythmias; acute myocardial infarction within the last three months; inability to perform the inspiratory exercise session. And also the criteria of exclusion of cardio\-bioimpedance; massive pleural effusion; anasarca; moderate or severe aortic regurgitation; patients using intra\-aortic balloon; mean blood pressure\> 130 mmHg; height \<1\.20m or\> 2\.30m; weight \<30kg or\> 155kg and patients with pacemakers with sensors to adjust heart rate according to respiratory rate.
