All hemodynamically stable very preterm neonates 28 to 32 weeks of gestational age at birth who are eligible for enteral feeding and who are not on any respiratory support or are on non-invasive respiratory support. (CPAP/HHHFNC/NIPPV)
1.Babies requiring invasive ventilation for more than 72 hours
2.Babies in shock requiring more than 2 inotropes before randomization.
3.Chromosomal anomalies
4.Congenital anomalies
5.Craniofacial malformation
6.Neonatal encephalopathy
7.Extremely low birth weight
