Inclusion Criteria

Patients undergoing primary (non-revision) bariatric surgeries by videolparoscopy; Physical status American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) II/III; Age between 18 and 65 years

Exclusion Criteria

Revision surgeries or two-stage surgeries; Laparotomy (open) surgeries; Patients with a history of drug addiction; Patients with a history of chronic opioid use; Patients with a history of fibromyalgia or chronic pain; Patients with QT prolongation; Methadone allergy; Creatinine clearance rate below 60ml/min
