Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who were diagnosed as oral and maxillofacial tumors by pathology or cytology from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021;
- •2\. Aged 18 to 80 years old, with basic cognitive ability;
- •3\. Karnofsky (KPS) functional status score \>\=60 points, expected to survive for more than 3 months;
- •4\. Those who have no severe heart, liver, brain, kidney and other organic damage and bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction;
- •5\. Check blood routine before chemotherapy, and evaluate patients whose bone marrow suppression score is 0 according to WHO's grading standard for side effects of chemotherapy;
- •6\. The chemotherapy regimen is limited to the initial chemotherapy and the TPF regimen (docetaxel \+ cisplatin \+ 5\-Fu) patients will not receive other chemotherapy drugs or concurrent radiotherapy during chemotherapy;
- •7\. Sign the informed consent and get the approval of the ethics committee.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Complicated with hematological tumor;
- •2\. People with mental illness;
- •3\. Pregnant women;
- •4\. Patients with myelosuppression before chemotherapy;
- •5\. Patients with implanted on\-demand pacemakers.
