入选标准
- •Age group â?? 20 â?? 80 years
- •Tumours of proximal stomach (gastro oesophageal junction tumour type III & proximal stomach adenocarcinoma) and linitisplastica
- •Documented diagnosis by preoperative biopsy.
- •Surgery for curative intent ( D2 Radical total gastrectomy)
- •Absence of distant lymphatic spread (beyond station 12 lymph nodes).
排除标准
- •Gastric cancer requiring pancreatectomy or splenectomy due to direct invasion.
- •Gastrectomy as part of multi-visceral resection for another primary disease.
- •Patients who canâ??t tolerate the major procedure.
