Aim of the study will be to give Ayurvedic treatment to diseased patient to improve him condition and we can give him cheap,safe ,side effect free management.
The trail will be conducted on 60 patients for follow up 0,7,14,21 days and doses of drugs Dhanyak-gokshuradi ghrita once a day (10 ml- apaan kaal i.e 8 A.m with koshna jala ) And
Tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4 milligram at night with jala.for 21 days

入选标准
- •â€¢A known diagnosed case of (benign enlargement of prostate) on the basis of clinical and investigative methods.
- •â€¢Male patient of age group more than 40 -60 yrs.
- •Irrespective of religion and occupation.
- •â€¢Prostate size below 35 gms.
排除标准
- •â€¢ Acute/chronic retention of urine, stone formation, renal failure.
- •â€¢Bladder neck stenosis, bladder diverticulum, neurogenic bladder, neoplasm of bladder, urethral stricture.
- •â€¢CA prostate, Prostitis.
