Brief Summary
where we are finding the association of shoulder internal rotation deficit and posterior kinetic change among fast bowlers it helps to decrease the chance of shoulder-related injury and to add posterior kinetic exercises to improve the shoulder Range of motion

- 18.00 Year(s) to 35.00 Year(s) (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •Professional male and female fast bowler ( District and state level player ) for the past one year.
- •Actively participating in the competition at least for 6 months.
- •Age between 18 to 35 zonal player.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Shoulder or leg injury in last 1 year.10 Lumbar disc herniation in last 1year.9 Any musculoskeletal disease in the previous 6 months.21 Amateur fast bowler.
