- •inclusion criteria: patients with 5 to 7 mm periodontal pockets in same teeth in two quadrant of jaw(needed to treat with undisplaced flap)
- •exclusion criteria:systemic disease, smokers, pregnant woman, long term antibiotic or steroid therapy
