Inclusion Criteria
1) Diagnosed case of Osteopenia /Osteoporosis by BMD test (T-score of â??1 or lower).
2) Patient representing with classical features of Asthikshaya.
3) Willing and able to participate in the study for 60 days.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Known cases of diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ascites, or any major illness.
2) Pregnant women.
