1. Male and female subjects aged >= 25 and <= 60 years of age
2. Must be able to provide required information like dietary habit, Health Status and Contact information
3. BMI >=30 kg/m2for participants in case the subject is obese.
4. Metabolically stressed diabetics defined by fasting sugar >= 120 mg/dl and postprandial >=170 mg/dl.
5. Subject willing to provide blood and stool sample
6. Subjects with history of stable weight, defined as no significant weight change (less than ±15%) within three months prior to enrollment
7. Must be willing to give written informed consent and comply with the study procedures
8. Female subjects who are of child bearing potential willing to under urine pregnancy test.
9. Subject meeting all the laboratory parameters set forth to qualify to enroll in the study.
1. BMI <29.9kg/m2
2. With fasting sugar who are metabolically stressed diabetics <119mg/dl and postprandial <169mg/dl
3. vital signs ot f reference range like B.P- 160/100mm/hg, Oral temperature- >37.6 C and pulse rate- >130 beats per min
