Inclusion Criteria

1. Breastfeeding mother age 18-45 years old
2. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours
3. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities

Exclusion Criteria

1. Breastfeeding is contraindicated
2. History of breast surgery
3. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer
4. Mastitis
5. Breast abscess
6. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM
7. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID
8. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study
9. Lack Thai language literacy

Primary Outcome Measures
