Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Breastfeeding mother age 18\-45 years old
  • 2\. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours
  • 3\. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Breastfeeding is contraindicated
  • 2\. History of breast surgery
  • 3\. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer
  • 4\. Mastitis
  • 5\. Breast abscess
  • 6\. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM
  • 7\. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID
  • 8\. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study
  • 9\. Lack Thai language literacy
