Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Breastfeeding mother age 18\-45 years old
- •2\. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours
- •3\. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Breastfeeding is contraindicated
- •2\. History of breast surgery
- •3\. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer
- •4\. Mastitis
- •5\. Breast abscess
- •6\. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM
- •7\. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID
- •8\. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study
- •9\. Lack Thai language literacy
