Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Breastfeeding mother age 18\-45 years old
  • •2\. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours
  • •3\. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Breastfeeding is contraindicated
  • •2\. History of breast surgery
  • •3\. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer
  • •4\. Mastitis
  • •5\. Breast abscess
  • •6\. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM
  • •7\. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID
  • •8\. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study
  • •9\. Lack Thai language literacy
