入选标准
- •1. Breastfeeding mother age 18-45 years old
- •2. Develop new onset of blocked milk duct for less than 72 hours
- •3. Did not receive prior antibiotic or other treatment modalities
排除标准
- •1. Breastfeeding is contraindicated
- •2. History of breast surgery
- •3. Diagnosed with breast cancer or history of breast cancer
- •4. Mastitis
- •5. Breast abscess
- •6. Immunodeficiency or underlying diseases affecting immune functions such as overt DM
- •7. Peptic ulcer or allergic to NSAID
- •8. Recurrent blocked duct and was previously recruited into this study
- •9. Lack Thai language literacy
