入选标准
- •1. Patients with age >= 65 years old;
- •2. Patients with stable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
- •3. Patients with frail score >= 3;
- •4. Patients who understand the content of the scale, can communicate normally and cooperate to complete the assessment test;
- •5. Subjects who participated in this study voluntarily.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with end-stage disease and life expectancy <= 12 months;
- •2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or complete disability and bedridden;
- •3. Patients with acute liver, kidney, tumor and hematopoietic diseases;
- •4. Patients who are participating in other studies similar to this study.
