- •Patients with menstrual irregularities for past six months on psychotropic medications
- •Stable dose of Psychotropic medication for the past eight weeks
- •Patients willing to give an informed consent
排除标准
- •Patients taking medications from a Gynaecologist for the menstrual complaints
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patients contraindicated for Kapalabhati like Hypertension, Seizure disorder, low back ache, glaucoma, recent abdominal surgery, hernia
- •Patients not willing to give an informed consent
