Inclusion Criteria
Patients with menstrual irregularities for past six months on psychotropic medications
Stable dose of Psychotropic medication for the past eight weeks
Patients willing to give an informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Patients taking medications from a Gynaecologist for the menstrual complaints
Pregnant and lactating women
Patients contraindicated for Kapalabhati like Hypertension, Seizure disorder, low back ache, glaucoma, recent abdominal surgery, hernia
Patients not willing to give an informed consent
