Inclusion Criteria
- •at least 6 years of bodybuilding;
- •at least 3 times a week training;
- •at least 6 hours of training per week;
- •at least 18 years (age);
- •sign consent;
Exclusion Criteria
- •pre-operated shoulder;
- •known injury including diagnosis from preliminary examinations or imaging
