Inclusion Criteria

1.Aged 18 or older
2.New case pulmonary tuberculosis who are going to start standard anti-TB drug treatment (CAT I) and do DOT during periodic treatment 6 months time
4.Can use the phone (smartphone) or mobile communication device and can learn to use the software application for making VDOT on such device
5. There are people in the same family who can do family-based DOT for patients.

Exclusion Criteria

-Pregnancy
-Patient who was diagnosed as drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis
