Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Aged 18 or older
  • 2\.New case pulmonary tuberculosis who are going to start standard anti\-TB drug treatment (CAT I) and do DOT during periodic treatment 6 months time
  • 4\.Can use the phone (smartphone) or mobile communication device and can learn to use the software application for making VDOT on such device
  • 5\. There are people in the same family who can do family\-based DOT for patients.

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Pregnancy
  • \-Patient who was diagnosed as drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis
