Inclusion Criteria

(1) Age 18-55;<br>(2) Preoperative X-ray, CT, and MRI clearly diagnose FAI, and are accompanied by type II and type III anterior inferior iliac spine morphology;<br>(3) Physical examination with flexion, adduction, and internal rotation (FADIR) or flexion, abduction, and external rotation (FABER) can reproduce hip joint pain;<br>(4) Pain has persisted for more than 6 months and conservative treatment has been ineffective for 3 months;<br>(5) Able to provide informed and effective consent to participate in the study, and complete the relevant plan and follow-up.

Exclusion Criteria
  1. Presence of lower limb neurological symptoms or signs.<br>2. Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis.<br>3. Hip synovial chondromatosis.<br>4. Previous surgery on the ipsilateral hip joint or history of contralateral hip joint surgery during follow-up.<br>5. Preoperative LCEA (Lateral Center-Edge Angle) less than 25°.<br>6. Moderate to severe osteoarthritis (Tönnis grade = 2).<br>7. Sacroiliac joint diseases.<br>8. Patients with severe cardiovascular or neurological diseases.<br>9. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.<br>10. Inability to attend regular follow-up appointments in the future.
