入选标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Participants between the age group of 20-35 years who have text neck syndrome.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Craniovertebral angle < 49o.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Using any electronic device for more than a year and for more than 2 hours per day.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Score of more than 3 and less than 6 on NPRS and more than 10 on NDI.
- •A score of more than 30 and less than 80 on Internet Addiction scale.
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢History of neck surgery or trauma, pregnancy in the last 6 months.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Diagnosed cases of cervical disc prolapse, spinal infection or inflammatory disorder, malignancy, stenosis, herniation, spondylolisthesis and osteoporosis.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Current use of any medication or physical therapy treatment since last 2 weeks.
