Inclusion Criteria

�Participants between the age group of 20-35 years who have text neck syndrome.

�Craniovertebral angle < 49o.

�Using any electronic device for more than a year and for more than 2 hours per day.

�Score of more than 3 and less than 6 on NPRS and more than 10 on NDI.

A score of more than 30 and less than 80 on Internet Addiction scale.

Exclusion Criteria

�History of neck surgery or trauma, pregnancy in the last 6 months.

�Diagnosed cases of cervical disc prolapse, spinal infection or inflammatory disorder, malignancy, stenosis, herniation, spondylolisthesis and osteoporosis.

�Current use of any medication or physical therapy treatment since last 2 weeks.
