入选标准
- •1. Age above 40 years of both sexes
- •2. Currently stable disease (atleast 4 weeks after resolution of last exacerbation)
- •3. Patients with primary diagnosis of COPD based on spirometry criteria following GOLD
- •guidelines (Global Initiative for Chronic Lung Disease) â?? A post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC <=
- •4. Patients who have smoked >=20 pack years
排除标准
- •1. History of asthma or increase in FEV1 >12% and >200 ml from baseline after administration
- •of bronchodilator
- •2. Inability to perform the lung function test or 6-minute walk distance tests
- •3. Unstable angina or congestive heart failure patients
- •4. Patients not giving consent
