1.Male and female patients ,50 years of age and older , present with fragility fracture around the hip due to low energy trauma ( fall from standing height or lesser impact ) that had been admitted to Lerdsin Hospital, Bangkok, between 3rd May,2021 and 31 July 2022
2.Patients or caregivers have internet access in their homes and be able to operate on Mobile phones , tablets or computers independently.
3.Every participants must have a caregiver aged over 18 ,who will agree to cooperate and promote participants retention in the research.
4. Participants can walk independtly before hospital admission
1.Significant cognitive deficit
2. Terminal illness (survival expected to be <1 year)
3.Significant pulmonary or cardiovascular contraindication or preexisting condition that precluded participation in an exercise program
4.Progressive neurological disease
5.Current major depressive or psychotic disorder
