Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Chronic non\-specific neck discomfort lasting more than 3 months and worse than 3/10 on a visual analogue scale (VAS)
- •\- Smartphone use for more than 1 year
- •\- Craniosacral angle of less than 54 degrees
- •\- Fully understand the content of this study and agree to participate
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion Criteria
- •\- No dizziness or disorders affecting balance, and no respiratory illnesses
- •\- Restrictions on sitting and standing positions
- •\- Pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- •\- Those who do not agree to participate in this study
