1.females suffering from Primary Dysmenorrhea

2.females with painful menstruation within past 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

1. Are taking any form of hormonal contraceptives and IUCD

2. Prediagnosed Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome other causes of secondary dysmenorrhea or any other systemic disease
