- •Patients with severe diabetes mellitus (HbA1c \> 8\.4\). Patients whose procedure is changed to thoracotomy during surgery. Patients with the inadequate effect of epidural anesthesia at the end of general anesthesia. Patients considered unsuitable by anesthesiologists.
