Adult patients aged 19 to under 65 who visited or were admitted to Hangang Sacred Heart Hospital after suffering burns, and whose burn wounds have been completely healed through aseptic treatment or skin graft surgery.
Patients with burn scars who experience scar pain, scar itching, or hypertrophic scar proliferation, and who express a need for extracorporeal shock wave therapy and wish to participate in this study.
Cases where steroids or antibiotics have been applied or taken within the past 2 weeks.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and women with a possibility of pregnancy.
Cases with chronic diseases like diabetes or skin disorders that can affect the skin condition.
Cases with an infection in the scar area.
