Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Ages 12\+
- •2\.All cases of long bone fractures treated conservatively or operatively showing no/poor sign of union
- •3\.Gender both male and female
- •4\.Patient fulfilling the criteria of non\-union and delayed union
- •5\.Patient with only long bone fracture
- •6\.Patient that provides prior consent
- •7\.Patient that has not tried any other modality of treatment
- •8\.Patient with implants
- •9\.Patient that agree for 1 day hospitalisation.
- •10\.Patient that agrees for minimum follow\-up till 6 month
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient that do not give consent
- •2\.Patient not fulfilling the criteria of non\-union and delayed union
- •3\.Patient not willing for PRP injection
- •4\.Patients unfit for autologous donation
- •5\.Patients with thrombocytopenia
- •6\.Patient with positive Viral marker status
