? Adults 19 years of age or older
? In case of degenerative spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine according to physical examination and radiology examination, one of the following a-c
a) Simple degenerative spinal stenosis
or b) degenerative spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine with degenerative spondylolisthesis
or c) degenerative spinal stenosis of the lumbar spine with degenerative scoliosis
? Patients with degenerative spinal stenosis who have undergone conservative treatment (medication, physical therapy, selective nerve root block, etc.) for more than 3 months but failed to control symptoms and are scheduled to undergo decompression surgery using a two-way endoscope
? Subjects who agreed to complete the survey because it was possible to follow up for 24 months before and after surgery
? Patients who did not faithfully respond to the questionnaire after surgery or did not complete the questionnaire during the period of participation in this study
? Patients who currently have a mental illness, such as delirium/dementia, or who have progressed to the disease during the participation period, and are judged to be difficult to cooperate with in this clinical trial.
? If the patient does not agree to participate in the study
? Other patients who are judged unsuitable for clinical research by the person in charge of clinical research.
