Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients suffering with Janu Sandhivata in bilateral or unilateral knee joint in the age group of 35 75 years irrespective of their gender caste religion or socioeconomic status

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All cases of secondary osteoarthritis including the following will be excluded from the study.
  • •2\.Rheumatoid arthritis (RA factor positive)
  • •3\.Gouty arthritis
  • •4\.Septic arthritis
  • •5\.Synovitis
  • •6\.Spondyloarthropathies
  • •7\.Ligament injuries
  • •8\.Connective tissue diseases.
  • •9\.Referred pain, Para articular pain
  • •10\.Pregnancy
