Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients suffering with Janu Sandhivata in bilateral or unilateral knee joint in the age group of 35 75 years irrespective of their gender caste religion or socioeconomic status
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.All cases of secondary osteoarthritis including the following will be excluded from the study.
- •2\.Rheumatoid arthritis (RA factor positive)
- •3\.Gouty arthritis
- •4\.Septic arthritis
- •5\.Synovitis
- •6\.Spondyloarthropathies
- •7\.Ligament injuries
- •8\.Connective tissue diseases.
- •9\.Referred pain, Para articular pain
- •10\.Pregnancy
