- •Patients aged between 18 and 65 years who scheduled for minimally invasive cardiac surgery
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3.Localized infection.
- •4.Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis
- •5.Patients on anticoagulants
- •6.Left main coronary artery disease
- •7.Left Ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF) <40%
- •8.Emergency surgery
- •9.Redo surgery
- •10. Reexploration within 24 hours
- •11.Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition.
- •12.Inability to understand pain scoring.
