Inclusion Criteria

1. CKD patients between age group of 18 -65 years of age

2. Patient who are able to understand Hindi/ English.

3. Those who all are willing to participate in the study.

4. Those who all are available at the time of data collection.

Exclusion Criteria

•CKD patients who are critically ill

•CKD patient on any type of skin treatment or systemic drug for management of uremic xerosis.

Primary Outcome Measures

there will be improvement in the skin related quality of life with the interventions under study among the CKD patients.Timepoint: at baseline, after four week and after 12 weeks.
