Inclusion Criteria

Age:18-50yrs

1 Both male and female

2 Patients having sign and symptoms of Kaphaja Pratishyaya as per Ayurveda classics.

3 Patient giving their consent and able to participate in the study for 8 weeks.

4 Patient fit for Pradhamana Nasya

Exclusion Criteria

-Sannipataja Pratishyaya (Pinasa) characterised by loss of smell (anosmia)

• Raktaja Pratishyaya (Epistaxis),

. Patient unfit for Pradhamana Nasya

-Tuberculosis

- Chronic Bronchitis (cough > 3years)

- Bronchial Asthma

- Lupus in the nose.

• Pregnant ladies and lactating mother
