Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status scores of I and II.
Patients undergoing for elective lower abdominal surgeries like appendectomy ,orchidopexy and inguinal hernia.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal to give consent
ASA status of III or more
Children with contraindication for quadratus lumborum block like distorted anatomy
Infection at the site of injection
Coagulopathy disorder
Liver , kidney and cardiac disease assosiated
Allergic to drug
Patient with sepsis
