- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status scores of I and II.
- •Patients undergoing for elective lower abdominal surgeries like appendectomy ,orchidopexy and inguinal hernia.
排除标准
- •Refusal to give consent
- •ASA status of III or more
- •Children with contraindication for quadratus lumborum block like distorted anatomy
- •Infection at the site of injection
- •Coagulopathy disorder
- •Liver , kidney and cardiac disease assosiated
- •Allergic to drug
- •Patient with sepsis
