Study participant is legally competent and capable of following instructions of the study staff;
Signed declaration of consent;
Maximal bladder volume > 300ml;
Bladder emptying via intermittent self- or assisted catheterization;
Micturition impairment because of spinal cord injury
Bladder cancer;
Bladder infection requiring immediate treatment;
Kidney disease;
Chronic renal insufficiencty;
Ascites or soft-part oedema;
Metallic implants in electrode attachment area, or electrically active implants;
Large accident scars or Caesarean in electrode attachment area;
Open wounds in electrode attachment area;
Adipositas > grade II;
Diabetes mellitus / insipidus;
Fear of electrical devices;
Bladder emptying via subrapubic catheter;
Ileus;
Autonomic dysreflexia;
Strong belly spasms, strong clonus;
Bladder prolapse grade III and IV;
In female participants: currently pregnant
