Inclusion Criteria
1. Cases with hyperlipidemia with age of 30-60 years from both sexes will be selected.
2. Patient willing to give written consent to participate study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Cases with other serious illness like carcinomas
2. Chronic smokers and chronic alcoholics.
3. Continuous use of drugs that affect lipid metabolism.
